Hop to it! Easter is just a couple of weeks away and we have some easy decor ideas for you to use in your home!

 Hanging Easter Egg Decoration

We’re egg-cited to show you this a-door-able hanging decor! A bunch of pastel Easter eggs works as a festive decoration for your front door. To make the Easter door decoration, Wrap plastic foam egg shapes (available at crafts supply stores) with crepe paper, and attach the ends with glue or a small straight pin. Add yellow ribbon, secured with small straight pins, and leave a long end for tying. Gather the eggs at various lengths and tie the ribbons together. Finish with a pretty bow, and hang the decoration from a removable adhesive hook or wreath hanger.

Simple Painted-Eggs Centerpiece

This natural-looking Easter centerpiece comes together quickly with a trifle dish, wooden eggs, a bit of paint, and some moss. Using three paint colors, coat wooden eggs with a single coat; let dry. Add painted eggs to a trifle dish, and set dish directly on the table or a wooden serving platter. Surround the dish with bits of moss and extra eggs. Talk about finding The Golden Egg!

Easter-Inspired Fabric Garland

Set up your Easter mantel display with a fun pastel garland made from fabric strips. A mix of ribbon, fringe, and fabric are tied to a single ribbon to make the garland; add small plastic Easter eggs hanging from fishing wire to finish the decoration. It’s so cute, it will make you hop up and down with delight!

Easter Tulip Arrangement

For PEEPS sake, check out Jen at Craft-O-Maniac Easter Tulip Arrangement. She used two bags of jellybeans, one good bushel of edible candy grass, and 1 package of yellow peeps. She started with a round glass vase, and then placed a medium sized drinking glass in the center of the vase. She poured bags of jellybeans down around the glass making it even, then placed the edible candy grass next, and lastly added peeps. She then trimmed tulips and added them inside the drinking glass using extra leaves as filler. We agree with Jen, “it just screams Easter Spring Happiness”!

Grass-and-Egg Easter Table Setting

This fun Easter place setting incorporates everything spring: pastel colors on the egg name card, Easter candy, and artificial grass. Put everything on a bright blue plate and pair with a rickrack-edged napkin on top of a yellow gingham tablecloth to complete the look and make your Easter egg-stra special!

Easter Bunny Napkin Fold & Ring

Take a peek at Diane at In My Own Style, she has posted the cutest How-To instructions for folding a plain white napkin into bunny ears and adding a DIY bunny face. Easy place setting and the kids will know they’re for some-bunny special!

We love creating cute and easy decor ideas for your home, for less money!  Sometimes designing is knowing how to use what you have in different ways that can create a great look — (yes, even using peeps!).
