Prior to staging our investment properties, we couldn’t understand why people sometimes couldn’t see the charm of our vacant homes. By staging these homes, they became warm and inviting–easier to sell. Seeing our quality work and attention to detail, realtors approached us and asked us to provide our services to their clients. Thus, Creative Concepts – Home Staging and Contracting was born. Thousands of properties later we are the largest staging company in the Salem/Corvallis area. Not only do we understand interior design and home staging concepts, we work hard to make them affordable to investors, builders, and home sellers – making sure that our proposals are a sound investment.

With a lifelong passion for construction/design and extensive accounting background, it is a joy to bring this expertise to each job and consultation. I love to advise home sellers on what to do, and also the how and why. When not consulting, much of my job is to manage the remodeling projects for Creative Concepts and all the fun design choices.

When not working on design or construction projects, you’ll find me enjoying travel, enjoying our large family or gardening. I’m thrilled that my daughter Rachel joined our business 9 years ago as she truly shares my gift and passion for design and our company.

Rachel Latham

My love of remodeling and design was inspired at a young age growing up in a construction family. I appreciate bringing my attention to detail and design passion to help home sellers get the best sale possible. Managing our staging team, inventory and logistics is one of my main focuses within Creative Concepts.

It was been rewarding to lead our team to multiple honors, including International Awards for “Best Vacant Staging” and “Best Luxury Staging”. It is a blessing to do what you love every day – designing, staging and helping homeowners! Home improvement projects, horses and a delightful 7-year-old son fill my spare time.
