Everyone loves a good before and after (mostly the after), ESPECIALLY these happy clients! In preparation for listing their house, they knew their house needed some updates and “love”. While the home was well maintained, a fresh look was needed (even in this hot market) to achieve the best listing price.
Minor changes were chosen that would yield a great return on their investment to help them get the most bang for their buck.
White epoxy over the dated accent blue tiles in the bathroom (such dramatic results!), new countertops in bathrooms, painted cabinets, neutral wall paint and flooring throughout, stylish light fixtures, removal of dated window coverings, etc. We styled the house with a fresh updated look for new owners. After the remodel was done, we added the finishing touches of staging it to sell, and that it did!
Not only did it sell quickly, but the increased listing price was 200% of their remodeling investment. DOUBLED their money! With multiple offers well over asking price immediately, this was a wise investment.
