This darling vintage home needed some updating!  The bathroom was especially an eyesore….I don’t think the little mermaids over the mirror added much to improve the appeal!

Cute vintage home - bathroom needed some TLC

How much does it cost to remodel a bathroom like this?  Most people we work with are overwhelmed at the prospect.  We removed all the cabinetry.  The toilet was useable – just needed deep cleaning and removal of the handicap rails.

Flooring, lights, vanity and my new favorite paint color transformed this room!

Under $550 in materials (I couldn’t resist putting in an upgraded faucet and these sconces were perfect for the rest of the home.). The Euro style vanity added a few inches of walking space which made the bathroom feel extra spacious.  So sorry my after shot is from my cell phone and at night, but the room is truly lovely and I just had to share!  A new tenant was moving in the next morning.  (I don’t think they would have rented it with the pink theme – do you?)

We love our transformations and know you do too!
