Last month I was awarded the RESA-Pro 
Designation (I even got a cute little gold lapel pin in the mail yesterday!)
I know — how nice — who really cares!!!???
Just a couple of reasons why I felt it was worth the time, expense and effort:

- You’re hiring a home stager that is held to higher standards
- You’re hiring a home stager that is held to a higher ethics standard
- You’re hiring a home stager that has been in business for at least one year
- You’re hiring a home stager that is insured with a home staging business insurance policy
- You’re hiring a home stager that is committed to continuing education so they can use the latest home staging techniques
Now isn’t that reassuring!
When you are trusting your home, time, money or clients with a home staging professional make sure they have more than a business name and some good ideas. Many are hobbyists, uninsured and the results may not be what you were expecting.

Creative Concepts and Contracting is proud to announce that founder, Margaret Oscilia, has received the RESA-PRO designation from the Real Estate Staging Association. This is the only professional designation for Professional Home Stagers governed and regulated by the association.
The RESA-PRO designation holds Professional Home Stagers to the highest levels of integrity, ethics and business standards in order to protect the consumer. Home Stagers applying for the designation are required to take an Ethics Course and test with a grade of 80% or more to pass. Oscilia passed with a score of 100%.
The Real Estate Staging Association also requires verification that candidates are well established home staging experts, providing licensed and insured professional services. Continuing education requirements are required in order to maintain this professional designation. Creative Concepts and Contracting offers professional home staging, interior redesign and licensed contractor repairs to Salem Oregon and surrounding cities in the Willamette Valley.
