Creative Concepts recently was hired to help market a subdivision which wasn’t selling and needed a long-term model. The homes had been on the market for over six months and the builder was prepared to have the staged model for months while marketing these homes.
We staged their model home in February. Immediately showings picked up, offers were received and guess what?
This long-term model was needed for less than two months!

When considering staging, often home sellers are worried the staging will be needed for months. Over and over again, our experience is that once the home is staged it immediately gets more showings and usually sells within days or weeks.
